Individual and Group Training

COACHES
Through the Iowa Rush personal training program, players will get to work with coaches within the Iowa Rush staff.  View the Iowa Rush coaches HERE.  Goalkeepers can register for sessions with our GK Coach, DJ McMoil.

IMPROVEMENT
Why do we train? The answer is simple: to get better. Working with our coaches one one on or in a group session will ensure that you are strengthening your skills and improving on your weaknesses. Sessions will be set up in a way so that it is specific to YOU. 


TRAINING FOR ALL
Coaches will assess player ability to make sure that the curriculum is designed with the player in mind. There will be 3 areas that we assess: 
•Technical: Footwork (with and without the ball), passing technique, shooting technique 
•Physical: Strength and speed with the ball
•Mental: Decision making and the ability to assess a game with the ball
 

TRAINING ON YOUR OWN 
Simply doing these sessions with our coaches is not enough. It will take commitment and training on your own to truly develop and reach your goals. Weekly homework drills will be given to the players to help with this aspect. A spreadsheet where they can log hours of training on their own will be visible to all players within the program.

How to Book a Session or Package

Options for single player - Sessions can be used for siblings of similar age and skill level. Sessions can be used up to 100 days after purchase.

Single Session (1 hour) - $60
5 session package (1 hour each) - $275
10 session package (1 hour each) - $525


Options for Group (2-4 players).  Bring a friend and split the cost! Can be used up for up to 4 friends (4 players total) of similar age/playing level.  Sessions can be used up to 100 days after purchase.

Single Session (1 hour) - $100
5 session package - $450
10 session package - $800

Once you have registered for your session, please reach out to our office manager, Jen Young ([email protected]), who will help get your sessions on the calendar.

All sessions will be held at Engineered Performance (1711 SW Plaza Pkwy, Ankeny, IA) on weekday evenings  and weekend mornings according to the calendar below.
