2 training sessions a week. Please note, there is a lot of flexibility if players are not able to attend both trainings in a week. We recognize there are many activities players are involved in and do not want the 2 days a week training to deter anyone from signing up if they would like to play Rush Soccer.
Games
Games will be played at Prairie Ridge Sports Complex each Saturday between 9:00am - 2:00pm. Games will be played 4v4 with no goalies. Each game will have 4 quarters of 12 minutes. Occasionally we will have referees at the games but coaches may need to act as both coaches and referees for games.
