13U-19u Tryout InformatioN
All 13U-19U players will tryout through VSA Rush. Tryout dates, times, location and registration information can be found at the link below.
age group change
Starting for the 2026–2027 seasonal soccer year (August 1, 2026 – July 31, 2027), youth soccer programs across the country will adopt a new age-group cut-off date of August 1 instead of January 1. Please visit our Age Group Change page linked below for more details.

Additional 11U-12U Tryouts Information
Check-In/Arrival:
Players need to check-in at least 15 minutes early on the night of their first tryout. Players will be given a shirt that should be worn at all tryouts they attend. Check-in will take place at the fields. Players only need to check-in their first night.
Spectators Instructions:
Parents & guardians are welcome to watch from the sidewalk near the field; however, they will not be allowed on the fields while tryouts are in session.
Age Groups:
Iowa Rush requires players to attend their own age group tryouts. If you are unable to attend tryouts or are unable to tryout on the date specified for your age group, please register for your age group & contact Will Nurre for more details.
