The purpose of the Rush Edge Program:

Create a consistent training option for players throughout the year which expands on the technical themes prioritized within Team Training Sessions.
Provides an environment which brings about more detailed technical instruction.
Helps players develop their own self-training regimens.

Sessions during the winter will focus on developing a player’s ability to:

Create space from defenders when dribbling.
Confidently possess the ball and utilize the dribble when under pressure.
Play with purpose.
Win more 1v1 duels during games.
