About
3v3 Summer League at Sportsplex Norwalk is a great way for players to get a lot of touches and put them in situations that will help our players improve their speed of play. 3v3 soccer is an excellent way to learn about spacing, movement, angles, distance, timing, passing combinations, finishing in a relatively small space!
3v3 League is open to 7U and 8U players from any soccer club or organization.
Format
3 Field players. No Goalkeepers. Small PUGG goals.
A minimum of 8 games per 3v3 team. # of games will depend on total number of teams formed.
Team Formation / Rosters
Rosters: 5 or 6 players per team
Apex Rush will help balance rosters to ensure good matchups
Coaches:
Parents may be asked to coach these teams. We strongly encourage very limited coaching and letting the players make their own decisions in this fast-paced environment.
Players sign up individually. No additional jerseys will be required for this league. Apex Rush will provide colored training vests.
